CEO ENTREPRENEUR
Dear Janice and Tamer,
As an architect, I naturally think visually and structurally, so rather than keeping my notes scattered across notebooks and documents, I decided to build this private webpage as my own "CEO Journey". It follows the same philosophy as the Design Journey dashboards I create for my architectural clients, but this time the client is myself.
For each module, I will upload my completed exercises, reflections and conclusions, together with a short Loom video where I explain my reasoning, the decisions I have made and, most importantly, how I intend to apply the concepts to my company, Damiano Meneguzzi Architects (DMA).
Where useful, I will also keep a running list of questions beneath each module so that everything remains organised, easy to revisit and available for discussion during coaching sessions. My objective is not simply to complete the course, but to build a practical operating manual for my business that I can continue refining long after the programme has ended.
You will notice that I use artificial intelligence extensively throughout this process. I wanted to clarify that AI is simply my organisational and thinking partner. It helps me structure information, challenge my reasoning, connect ideas between modules and document the work more effectively. However, every reflection, decision and conclusion originates from my own thinking, inspired by your programme and adapted to the reality of my business. AI helps me work more systematically; it does not replace the thinking behind the work.
My goal is to leave this programme not only with new knowledge, but with a complete strategic blueprint for DMA—a business designed intentionally, capable of growing independently, while remaining true to the values and vision that inspired me to build it in the first place.
I hope you enjoy following my progress, and I genuinely welcome any feedback or challenge you may have along the way. This page is as much a tool for my own development as it is a way of sharing the work behind the journey.
