It was genuinely a pleasure meeting you, spending some time together and visiting your lovely property.
Seeing the penthouse in person confirmed what we had already sensed: it is a very strong space, with great light, generous proportions, and a remarkable relationship with the harbour. It already stands on a solid foundation.
At the same time, it is clear that the apartment has not yet reached its full potential. With the right direction, it can be elevated into something much more defined and complete, not through excess, but through careful interventions, balance, and attention to where it truly matters.
What we would like to aim for is a space with its own presence: calm, refined, and warm, with a subtle Mediterranean sensibility that comes through naturally in the materials, light, and designed atmosphere.
If we decide to move forward together, this dashboard will become your reference point throughout the process. It’s where everything will be organised and developed step by step, so you can follow the evolution of the project clearly as it takes shape.
