Dear ORA Team,

This dashboard has been created as a central point of reference for the exchange of drawings and documentation related to the agreed modifications for Apartment E10.5 at ORA.

As discussed and agreed, the apartment will be delivered largely in accordance with the developer's standard specification. However, a limited number of internal alterations have been approved in order to better accommodate our client's design requirements prior to handover.

The purpose of this dashboard is to provide a clear and traceable record of the drawings issued in connection with these agreed modifications, ensuring that everyone involved is working from the latest coordinated information.

Any revised documentation will be uploaded directly to this dashboard, and notifications will be circulated accordingly.

Following the discussions and approvals received, please find attached the coordinated drawing package illustrating all the agreed modifications required prior to the handover of the apartment.

The package includes the revised architectural layout together with the associated demolition works, electrical amendments, and kitchen coordination drawings required to implement the approved design.
