Dear Sabrina and Andrew,
I hope you are both doing well.
Following the completion of the Developed Design phase, I have prepared this dedicated Procurement Dashboard to support the next stage of the project.
Unlike the Design Journey, which will continue to document the project's evolution during construction, this dashboard has been created specifically for the procurement phase. It is intended as a public-facing package that can be freely shared with the contractors and suppliers you choose to involve, allowing them to access the relevant documentation and prepare their quotations.
To keep the process organised and aligned with the construction programme, I have divided the dashboard into two main sections.
The first section is dedicated to the Main Contractor. Here you will find the construction drawings, schedules and Bill of Quantities required for the building works. This is the most time-sensitive part of the procurement process, as these decisions directly affect the commencement of the works and are essential for keeping the project aligned with our agreed roadmap.
The second section will be progressively populated over the coming weeks and is dedicated to the General Procurement. It will include all the information required for the selection and purchasing of finishes, sanitary ware, lighting, furniture, accessories, artworks and all other project items. Structuring the dashboard in this way allows us to prioritise what is immediately required on site while preparing the remainder of the procurement package in parallel.
You are welcome to share any part of this dashboard with the contractors and suppliers you decide to work with.
As always, I remain available to clarify any aspect of the documentation or provide technical support throughout the procurement process.
I look forward to hearing from you both and to supporting the successful start of the works.
Kind regards,
Arch. Damiano Meneguzzi and the DMA team
