This interactive dashboard has been prepared to structure and streamline the procurement and coordination process for this project. It will serve as the primary point of reference for all procurement-related information, documentation, and updates throughout this phase.
All relevant project documents, including drawings, specifications, schedules, and Bills of Quantities, are shared with you through this platform. These documents would eventually reflect the fully developed and approved design, and form the foundation from which the procurement process will be carried forward.
This dashboard is intended not only as a repository of information, but as a working tool to support the evaluation, coordination, and development of all procurement packages.
You are invited to review the contents carefully and use this dashboard as the authoritative reference throughout the procurement process.

Dear Barbara and Sabrina,
As you are aware, the project has unfortunately reached a temporary standstill due to the developer's lack of feedback over the past few months. We understand that their team is currently fully occupied with the hotel delivery, which has delayed the release of several key pieces of information required to complete the design.
As discussed, I would nevertheless like to provide you with the current design package so that you can begin obtaining the first quotations, particularly for the bespoke joinery and custom furniture, which I understand are the immediate procurement priorities.
Please note that the documentation shared at this stage is not yet fully complete and will require further refinement once we receive the outstanding MEP information from the ORA team, particularly regarding ventilation and air conditioning. Until these services are officially coordinated, it is not possible to finalise certain areas of the design.
