Dear ORA Team,

This dashboard has been created as a central point of reference for the coordination, review, and communication of all documentation related to Brian’s Apartment “Apt.1 @ Level 24” at ORA.

The purpose of this dashboard is to streamline the exchange of information between all parties involved, maintaining a clear and traceable record of all issued documentation, revisions, and reviews.

Initial uploads may include preliminary drawings and coordination material intended to identify any potential design, procurement, or site-related constraints at an early stage. Following review and approval, the dashboard will progressively host the finalized shop drawings, schedules, specifications, and procurement-related documentation required for the timely execution of the project.

All updates and newly issued material will be uploaded directly to this platform, and notification emails will be circulated accordingly.

We trust this system will facilitate a more efficient and transparent workflow for everyone involved.
